Michael came to our Wudang Taoist Kung Fu Academy in June, 2009. Before his arrival, he was traveling in South-east Asia. He loves traveling around the world，especially interested in the natural waterfall. Meanwhile, he is very interested in Chinese Traditional Martial Arts. He practiced many kinds of Kung fu such as kickboxing, Jeet Kune Do…. He knew our Academy by the friends of his friend who told him nothing but wonderful things about our academy.
Firstly, he intended to study for one month, but later he extended twenty-three days. Because he admires our masters very much and loves the beautiful environment of our academy and Mt.wudang. Because our academy is situated at an elevation of 800 meters in Wudang Mountains，which is near the royal temple—The Purple Heaven Temple and quite suitable for Kung fu training.
My first impression on him is that he is a shy youth, but later it changes. This change happened when we together visited The Carefree Valley of Wudang Mountains. He made our girls laugh a lot on the way, because he always told us funny stories. I found he is a humorous and dynamic boy. However, he was very diligent and serious during his training of Sanfeng Shadowboxing 18-form and Eight-diagram Palm. Although he left our academy or maybe we will never meet him any more, the good memory between us will be kept in our hearts forever. Best regards, Michael.
